Can I send DMs to anyone?

Because Twitter user can opt in Allow messages requests from everyone in their settings. so you can only send the users who allowed anyone messages. If a user has messaged you, you can send him or her a DM even if they have opted out of allowing message requests from everyone.

Do I need a verified X/Twitter account?

It's highly recommended to have a verified account for best results. If you don't have a verified account, X's limitations will restrict you to sending DMs to only a small number of users. Verified accounts have significantly higher sending limits and better deliverability.

Does it support X Chat (E2EE encrypted messages)?

Currently, we do not support X Chat (end-to-end encrypted messages). X Chat is a new encrypted messaging feature launched by Twitter/X in November 2025, which uses a 4-digit PIN code system. Since this is X's proprietary, non-open-source solution, we temporarily cannot support it. However, we are actively researching solutions to support this feature in the future.

How to disable X Chat (E2EE encrypted messages)?

Method 1 (Recommended): Go to Settings > Privacy and safety > Direct messages and turn off 'Require PIN for DMs'.

Method 2 (Alternative): Some users have reported success by changing their profile region (e.g., to Russia or other countries), then logging out and logging back in. Note: It's unclear if the specific country matters or if it's simply the act of changing regions that works.

How to use X follow-up feature?

You can create follow-up tasks and select 'Skip who have already replied to your messages' to exclude people who have already replied, only sending to those who haven't responded. By using 'Skip who have sent X DMs (via DM conversation)' and setting the number of DMs, you can control which follow-up message to send based on the conversation history.

How to restore my subscription?
